Ahmed is a petroleum engineer with experience in all up-stream and downstream operations, and an expert on the technical and commercial aspects of tendering.

He joined Sahra Group in 2014 and has subsequently participated in a number of projects as a member of the group's specialist in oil and gas and other related industries.

Ahmed has a BEng (Honours) in Petroleum Engineering from Portsmouth University in the United Kingdom.
